I bought this costume for my husband who is 5ft 9 inches tall. He is in nice shape and weighs around 180 lbs. He usually wears a medium to large in shirts.The costume was cute and fit him all around, but the fabric was not thick enough to hold a nice shape. I had to enforce the top corners with wire hangers. I removed the cardboard rods from dry cleaning hangers for pants. I removed the rods from the metal wire and sewed it into the top portion of the costume.I had to put in a little bit of extra creativity, but it was worth it. He was a very cute box of chow mein.

Got lots of compliments. I even had 2 broom handles to give the look of chopsticks. Taking a picture outside of a Chinese restaurant solidified the night.

My 12 year-old daughter really liked it. It is sized for adults but it looked cute on her, even though it was big. She work black leggings and a white long sleeve shirt and she was very comfortable in it for the hours she went trick-or-treating. The material is soft with no hard edges so she was comfortable wearing it. I just wished there were more “noodles” coming out of the top. She wore the costume several times and received so many compliments on it. Recommend it.

Fun costume but I had to line the inside edges with cardboard to keep the frame and edges distinct.It’s worth 30 bucks as a costume though. I got a lot of laughs, comments, and photos taken due to the fact I’m also Chinese and wearing this costume was hilarious.I used an iron to flatted and attempted to remove lines and creases from how the costume comes packaged. It’s stuffed into a small plastic sleeve.

Had a great time wearing this costume to a Japanese festival. Everyone came and took pictures with us- it was extremely popular. Steamed it before wearing and it looked great. Paired nicely with my friends sushi costume!

This costume is fantastic!Don’t listen to the one star people who think it’s offensive, it’s definitely hilarious! I’ve worn it on many occasions, including to a chinese restaurant, and have gotten tons of laughs! It fits as it should and the creases weren’t a big deal to me.You will need an undershirt and pants, probably white or black, but other than that this costume is great!The handlebar, however, is just fabric, and if you want it to look like an actual wire, I’d suggest a deconstructed wire hanger or something.I’ve never found this costume offensive, and I think it’s a great costume!5 billion stars!

This was a great costume and very comfortable to wear. My only issue (and it’s a minor one) is that the top of the box did not come with an insert to support it so that it would hold its shape. The handle also didn’t really maintain its shape.Overall, I was very happy with this purchase because no one else had a similar costume and everyone that I encountered remarked on how unique they thought it was.
