My space enthusiast son picked this one because he wants to work on the International Space Station one day and this looks like the jumpsuit astronauts wear when stationed there. He absolutely loves it! And I do, too. The outfit is well made and looks authentic. The material is thick, not thin and easily torn like a lot of dress-up costumes. The zipper slides up and down smoothly. Worth the higher price tag. My son is 61/2 and small for his age (normally wears a 5T) so it’s rather big on him, but I intentionally ordered the size 6-8 because I wanted him to get as much wear out of it as possible. This will definitely is our go-to outfit for Halloween this year and for any dress-up play afterward.

This was perfect for what I needed it for! The sizing was a little larger than anticipated (my son is normally in 2T clothing and the 2-3 year size was gigantic on him), but because of the Velcro waist we were able to make it work and it will now fit him for quite a while longer do not a big deal. The patches were sewn on and easily unpicked so that I could turn this into a medflight pilot flight suit. My son was able to go as his grandpa for Halloween, he was so excited to be his hero!

nice quality for the price! Really nice! Several people thought I must have paid a lot for a costume that looks like it is from the NASA store. Easy for my son to wear since it zips, although it does seem to run a little big. I would rather it be too big than too small, we just rolled up the legs and arms once and it wasn’t noticeable. We got a 3T and my son is 18 months, 33 lbs and taller for his age. The hat fit which was surprising!

Fit is larger than expected. 18 months size fits just right on my 2 year old. Cap is likewise too big. Material is thick and heavy, might not be ideal to wear during summer or humid weather. Still cute but I live overseas and cannot exchange item for a smaller size.

I do sewing myself but due to my busy schedule I don’t have enough time to sew so I decided to just get my little one this outfit for his photoshoot. The fabric bead up so quickly and became fuzzy within the first time and hour he wore it. By the time we started doing his photoshoot, the front bodice of the suit was already fuzzy. And this runs small. The crotch part of the pants doesn’t have enough allowance that the snaps would come undone whenever my little one sits down. Length of pants were short too. Nice concept but they used a very low quality fabric for the price paid. As a dressmaker, I would not recommend this.

This NASA flight suit is legit. Unlike other cheapo costume flight suits made with polyester, this is a heavyweight poly/cotton blend with real patches, and a quality NASA hat. The 8/10 fit a tall 7 year old with plenty of room to grow. Spend the extra money and get this flight suit and you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered this for my son’s Biography Day at school (he’s going as an astronaut). When this arrived, I was immediately impressed by the quality. It’s made of a heavy twill material like you would find in a mechanic’s coveralls. The patches are real, embroidered patches that are sewn on very well. My son is seven, so I ordered a size 6 – 8. He is average height for his age with a slim build. The fit is nice, but there isn’t much room for him to grow into it. If you have a 7- or 8- year old that is taller or bigger, you might want to consider getting size 8 – 10.
