I’m a bit obsessed with Halloween and horror-themed collectibles, so when this little guy popped up, he was destined to be a part of my collection. The plush is well made, but the latex molding left a bit to be desired in terms of finishing and trimming. It felt cheap when compared to the quality of the plush. I would normally deduct a star for that, but the overall look of the bear was enough to creep my kids out. They’re used to the monsters, ghouls, and animatronics that come out every Halloween, so their hesitation towards this product says a lot. Even after almost seven months of him sitting in my closet, my daughter won’t go in there unless my husband or I are in the bedroom. Despite the flaws in the latex detailing, our dear “Deaddy Ruxpin” is a welcome addition to the Halloween family and will be for years to come.

Great addition to Halloween decorations. Added more blood around wounds for even more detail.
