Product is definitely kids costume quality at best. Brim on hat completely crooked and off center. Stitching is frayed in spots. Material is thin and plastic feels vinyl. It’s a gift, hope he will still play with it.

One of my close friends had a bachelorette party in Las Vegas and we wanted to wear something that made us stand out from the crowds at the pool. Since she is marrying a pilot, we ended up choosing pilot hats and aviator sunglasses. These hats were PERFECT. If you are concerned about the size (seems like most of the hats I found online were for children) this hat fits an adult very well and is adjustable in the back. People instantly knew we were dressed like pilots. I would say the cost of the shipping was pretty hard to swallow. I needed two-day shipping and the cost to ship both hats with 2 day shipping was more than the cost of the hats combined.

It says Arline Captain Pilot Hat, but in fact, is is a cheap cap. The top is soft cheap piece of cloth, the back (which they do not show, is a small plastic ring as you see on very cheap $1 caps you buy at the 1 Dollar store. Total waste of money as you will not give it to your 3 tears old kid to wear.

I bought this for my boyfriend and it is perfect for Halloween! The quality is better than any other “pilot” hat we had seen in stores so we were very happy about this purchase!! It is a snapback so you can adjust the size of the hat. I saw another review on here saying it was too small for a child.. not the case. My bf is 24 and it’s perfect.. I can’t imagine how it did not fit an 11 yr old…Can’t wait for Halloween now! 🙂

Hat is fine for the price, but it is built “long and narrow” and is therefore a bit tight over the ears. It moves when I chew something. I wish it were more rounded. I also don’t appreciate being told what a satisfactory rating is. I’ll decide on my own.

It’s a pretty cheap hat but it did the job for a Halloween costume. It fit my adult male head just fine. It could use more support, it kind of caves in a bit not looking as sharp as you’d hope. For the price it worked out just fine.
