I ordered the 6-12 month size for my son who is 4 months old and weighs 16lbs and about 27in long. If I had ordered the smaller size it probably would have been too small. The 6-12 months size fit okay width wise but it was just a tad long. The costume itself was very cute and although the material was thin (as expected with any Halloween costume) it didn’t seem to be irritating in anyway on my baby’s skin. The part of the costume that goes on the head I thought was a little big as well. The forehead part of it is too big and kept sliding down over his eyes so I just ended up taking it off of him.

I bought this for my 22 month old daughter (she is in the 80th+ percentile for her age in size) in the large, 18-24 month, and it runs long, her feet are always out of the actual feet part and up in the leg. Also the feet are all cloth and have no grip so they are not nice for kids that can walk, they slip and fall down a lot, plus I’m not sure what we are going to do about walking while trick or treating. Because they long we were thinking of cutting off the feet and hemming the legs or putting shoes on inside of the costume, big problem with that is that the feet are likely to get ruined. The material the costume is made out of is soft, but thin; however since the costume runs big layering underneath should be easy! Big plus if you have a little one that needs their diaper changed often or needs quick access to the potty this costume does have buttons on the legs like a pair of pajamas would. For Halloween my kids were zoo animals.I bought two costumes by this brand- the monkey and tiger. The quality of the monkey costume was SO MUCH BETTER.I was kinda disappointed in the tiger costume- It’s thin and has no tail.Sizing: My toddler is 25 lbs and about 35 inches tall. We bought the medium size based on reviews and it fit her well.Material: Thin, slightly soft, she wore a long sleeve shirt underneath. Would need to be a neutral color shirt for the inner layer because the white area in the front is sheer and you can see patterns through it.Feet: You can wear shoes inside the costume, we wore converse. The paws are pretty cute.Headpiece: It’s not attached. There’s a velcro on the front to connect it.overall: If your child is not picky about which zoo animal, check out the monkey costume. extremely nice costume! Would highly recommend! Since it rained I was able to not snap the bottom part of the legs and just tucked and rolled the feet so my daughter could wear shoes and not ruin the outfit work great! Potentially could order a size bigger and out shoes underneath. Material is thinner, this is not a negative just that it is and may damage easily if you wear the feet outside. I thought the costume we well made and the fur around the head was great nice and fluffy looking, even after pulling out of package.

It was a little baggy and thin but it worked out for cold weather. I was able to put on layers and still keep my toddler moving around. Everyone loved it. I would recommend cutting out the feet bottoms for older kids. It is a lot like a sleeper outfit, so for babies that can walk the bottoms of the feet are ruined.

This was a last minute Halloween purchase, but so glad I got it! Living in the LA Valley, its still quite warm in late October, so I didn’t want a thick hot costume for my 6 month old. This was thick enough to be warm but not too hot – which is a plus for angelenos, but a negative for those in cooler climates. I recommend putting a layer underneath (without a pattern as it shows through the white belly area) to protect baby’s skin from the fabric which isn’t fantastic (its a costume after all). Also – be sure to wash it first….the material leaves orange fibers all over everything it touches, and is only worse if you don’t wash it first. The snaps on the legs aren’t great and were very quick to unsnap, but it wasn’t a big deal – babies wear their costume for about 30-60min tops anyway! My son wasn’t trying desperately to get out of this which is a nice thing. He also has a DOC Band helmet on right now, and the headpiece fit pretty well over it – another plus for us. Having said that – it would have been WAY TOO BIG in the head/face if he didn’t have the helmet.

I bought despite the bad reviews for my 2 year. He is about 30lbs and 36.25 inches tall. Any taller and he wouldn’t have fit in the costume, (but you could always cut out the feet). Anyways it was super great for the price. It was freezing out the day of trick or treating and I was able to fit my sons columbia jacket under the costume too. I thought it was great.

This is the cutest costume for your little tiger. It was really large on my petite little cub but was beyond cute! It has a full foot, so we tucked it into her snow boots. If she wants to wear it for dress up, we will probably cut the feet off and hem it up.

This is my son’s Halloween costume- he’s 13 months and the 12-18 months fits great (he is very tall and thin). It’s just what I wanted in a costume- reasonable price, simple without a lot of “stuff” he can rip off, he’s not walking yet so the covered feet work just fine for him (he stands and cruises), and I can dress him in a shirt and pants underneath (it’s chilly where we live) and you can’t tell. It’s easy on and off and for diaper changes. Works for me! Not the GREATEST COSTUME EVER but for sure functional and perfect for the few times he will wear it!

My son is 7 months 19 lbs and it was way big but that’s because it’s suppose to also fit a 12 month old. So I wasn’t worried. But boy was he cute! Easy to get him in and out and he didn’t seem to be uncomfortable in it. I was worried it would be itchy, and no issues there. The hat did keep falling over his eyes and I wish I would of pinned it back but still no big deal. Over all very happy and got a lot of complements.
